• Place the cluster underneath your natural lashes, close to the lash line for a seamless blend.
• Repeat as needed across the eye to create your desired custom lash map (pack contains up to 4–6 full sets depending on your lash map).

• For removal, safely dissolve and remove clusters using ELORA Lash Remover to protect your natural lashes.

Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please check with household members/neighbors and wait 24 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all lash purchases are final sale. For safety and sanitation reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used lash products, adhesives, removers, or tools.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at eloralashes.co@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item(s) for a replacement, store credit, or refund.
