At Elora Lashes, every order is carefully inspected and securely packed before shipment to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all lash purchases are final sale.

Returns & Exchanges

For safety and sanitation reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used lash products, adhesives, removers, or beauty tools.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at eloralashes.co@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item(s)
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we’ll gladly offer a replacement, store credit, or refund if approved.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Elora is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
