During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Domestic & International Shipping

We currently ship to select domestic and international locations.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.

Elora is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Elora is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Elora is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

  • Waiting 24 hours, as some carriers mark packages delivered before arrival
