Removal Guide
  • Step 1: Apply a light coat of remover along the base of your lash clusters.
  • Step 2: Wait 30–60 seconds to allow the formula to dissolve and break down the adhesive bond.
  • Step 3: Gently slide the lash clusters off without pulling or tugging.
  • Step 4: Wipe away any remaining product with a cotton pad.

Tip: Never pull clusters off dry. Allow the remover to fully melt the bond for damage-free removal that protects natural lashes.

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please check with household members/neighbors and wait 24 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all remover purchases are final sale. For safety and sanitation reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used lash products, adhesives, removers, or tools.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at eloralashes.co@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item(s) for a replacement, store credit, or refund.

PREP

Start with clean, dry lashes. Gently remove any oils or makeup from your lash line to help the Bond adhere securely for the strongest, longest-lasting hold.
BOND

Apply a thin layer of Bond beneath the base of your natural lashes. Wait a few seconds until it becomes slightly tacky.
SEAL

After applying your lash clusters, brush a light coat of Seal along the base to remove tackiness and create a water-resistant finish.
REMOVE

When you're ready to remove your lashes, apply our Lash Adhesive Remover, wait about 1 minute, then gently slide the clusters away without pulling.
